NBEMS has invited NOC submissions for the Final Mop-up Round of Sponsored Post MBBS DNB counselling under NEET PG 2024. Only newly qualified candidates after the revised cutoff are eligible to participate.
Education Desk : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released an important notice regarding the Final (Mop-up) Round of Counseling for admission to Sponsored Post MBBS DNB seats.
This counseling is being conducted under the 2024 admission session. For the candidates who have been declared eligible after getting relaxation in the cutoff in NEET PG 2024, the last date for submission of NOC has been fixed as 25 April 2025.
On what basis is Mop-up Round Counseling being taken?
This decision has been taken on the basis of the notices issued by NBEMS on 06 January and 25 February 2025 and the recommendations of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on 20 February 2025.
NBEMS had reduced the minimum qualifying percentile of NEET PG 2024 on 25 February 2025, after which a large number of new candidates were declared qualified.
Who can participate?
Candidates who were previously ineligible in NEET PG 2024 but have been declared qualified after the new cutoff can participate in this Final Mop-up Round. Such candidates are required to submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) by 25 April 2025.
Candidates who were already qualified but could not attend the counselling or were declared Not Eligible will not be able to participate in this final round.

Method of submission of NOC and important guidelines:
• NOC will be accepted only through Communication Web Portal (CWP).
• NOC sent through any other mode like email etc. will not be accepted.
• The format of NOC will remain the same as previously released in the NBEMS notice dated 18 December 2024.

1. Visit the website: https://natboard.edu.in
2. Click: Contact Us → Communication Web Portal (CWP)
3. Select:
- Department: Training and Monitoring
- Select Option 1: Counseling
- Select Option 2: Submission of NOC
- Course: DNB (Post MBBS) including Direct 6 years course
4. Fill in the required details and attach the NOC in the prescribed format
5. Submit
