The “Yoga My Pride” Photography Contest, will be organised by MoA and ICCR to raise awareness about Yoga

New Delhi | Education Desk — On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2025, the Ministry of AYUSH (MoA) of the Government of India and the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) are organizing the “Yoga My Pride” Photography Contest. The objective of this competition is to promote the importance of yoga globally and to make citizens of different countries active participants in the preparations for Yoga Day.

This competition will be organized through the MyGov platform (https://innovateindia.mygov.in/yoga-my-pride-2025/) and will be open to participants from all over the world. The Indian Embassy and High Commission of each country have been entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating this event.

The Indian Mission of each country will select three winners at its level, who will then be eligible for the global level competition.

Submission Guidelines

• Only one photo of oneself in a yoga pose along with a short slogan (up to 15 words) must be submitted.

• The photo should not exceed 2MB in JPEG/PNG/SVG format.

• The photo can be in the background of a historical site, nature, studio, home, etc.

• One can participate in only one category and submit only one photo.

• All entries will be valid only through MyGov link.

• Participants will not display their name, caste, country or any identity related information on the photo.

Eligibility and Terms

• The contest is open to participants of all ages, genders, nationalities (except MoA employees).

• Participants below 18 years of age must participate with parental consent.

• Entries with false information, duplicate entries or inappropriate content will be declared invalid.

• The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding.

Confidentiality & Rights

• The name, age, gender, city etc. of the winners will be published.

• The copyright of all entries of the participants will remain with MoA and can be used in future promotional activities.
