What is CBSE Science Challenge and what is its objective?

Till when can you register now for Science Pratiyogita?
CBSE has clarified that the last date for registration to participate in the science challenge is now 21 April 2025. Schools which had not registered the students earlier can now complete the registration process by this date.
What is the format and participation process of the CBSE Science challenge?
This competition will be organized in two phases. The first phase will be at the school level, in which students from class 8 to 10 of all CBSE affiliated schools can participate.
For this, the CBSE schools will have to register the students themselves. In the second phase, two excellent students will be selected from each class from the same students, that is, a total of six students will be enrolled from each school.
In the question paper of this challenge, motivational topics related to various subjects will be given, on the basis of which multiple choice questions will be asked. The specialty of the competition is that both the speed and accuracy of the students will be tested in it.
What will the participants get?
CBSE has also clarified that all the students participating in the second phase will be provided with an online participation certificate. Along with this, the students who perform the best will also get a Certificate of Appreciation. These certificates can prove to be important documents for the academic portfolio of the students in future.
